Returns & Refunds Policy

Please choose your product carefully before placing your order.

Due to the size, nature and associated handling, freight and preparation requirements of our timber buildings and accessories, we do not accept returns, exchanges or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection or where a customer later decides the product is no longer suitable for their intended purpose.

We strongly recommend checking all product specifications, dimensions, inclusions and optional extras before completing your purchase. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, please contact us before ordering.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a fault, is significantly different from its description, is not fit for a disclosed purpose, or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

If you believe your order is faulty, damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order details together with photographs and any other relevant information so that we can assess the issue.

Damage During Delivery

Please inspect your order as soon as practicable after delivery. If you notice damage that appears to have occurred during transport, please photograph the affected components and packaging and contact us promptly so the matter can be investigated.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges simply because you:

  • change your mind;
  • order the wrong product, size or configuration;
  • find the product cheaper elsewhere;
  • decide you no longer require the product; or
  • fail to check the dimensions, specifications, access requirements or suitability before ordering.

This change-of-mind policy does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
